Richa Kale

Richa-KaleRicha Kale has done her B.Com. from Pune University, Nashik in 2001, followed up with a MBA in HR from Pune University, Pune in 2003. In 2011, she did her Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) Certification from the World at Work Organization, followed up by a Recertification in 2014.

Richa is a dynamic and versatile professional with 15 years of rich and diversified experience. She comes with a unique mix of exposure to senior leadership roles in Human Resources and Operations. Presently, she is associated with an international financial services company, leading their partial US Collections Operations in India.

Richa is experienced in the areas of Total Rewards, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning and HR Operations management, where she brings in a lot of value to organizations.

In her role as a business leader, Richa has demonstrated proficiency in Operations Management, Customer Experience Augmentation, Project Planning and Implementation. She has also led large scale Organization Transformation Projects in Operations, involving Workforce Up-skilling, Organization Restructuring and Leadership Coaching.

Richa has proven expertise in developing People Strategy and Vision, and executing through World Class Processes, especially in the areas of Compensation and Benefits, Rewards and Recognition, Diversity and Inclusion, and Employee Engagement.

In her previous assignments, Richa has played key roles in assessing Talent in Organizations, Coaching and Developing Leaders, Designing and Implementing of Talent Programs and Facilitating of Succession Planning Process at Senior Leadership Levels.

Richa is a strong proponent of Diversity at the Workplace, has led initiatives under POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment), and has served as Chairperson of Internal Complaints Committees. She is also a literature enthusiast and a creative writer.

She has earlier worked with companies like John Deere India, Zensar Technologies and IBM Daksh, amongst others.

Amrita Chatterjee

Amrita-ChatterjeeAmrita Chatterjee has completed her Graduation in Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology and Economics) from Christ College, Bangalore in 2005 and MBA in Marketing & HR from ICFAI Business School, Bhubaneswar in 2007. In 2013, she completed a ten-month Post-graduate Certification Program in Business Analytics conducted by IIM, Lucknow. She is currently pursuing an MS in Business Analytics from Indiana University.

She has been exposed to Industries like IT/ITES/Financial Services/Steel/Coal, as well as Start-up Companies and has over 8 years of experience in the HR function. She has earlier worked in Companies like Tech Mahindra and Mercer.

She has had exposure to HR Operations, and has worked on various projects in the areas of Recruitment, Compensation, Diversity and Differently-abled, Induction, Employee Engagement, HR Integration with Quality and HR Manual Design.

She has worked on Concept Paper Planning, Organization Structuring, Job Designs and Descriptions, and Content Development for Training Programs. She has undergone Six Sigma Black Belt Training from KPMG.

She is associated with Meritt as a Consultant and operates from Kolkata, India.

Jyotika Marwah

Jyotika MarwahJyotika Marwah has completed her Bachelors in Computer Application from Symbiosis Institute for Computer Studies and Research in 2006 (SICSR), has a Post Graduate Diploma from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS) in 2010 and a MBA in Marketing & HR from James Cook University, Australia in 2011.

She has got around 6 years of experience as an HR Operations Specialist across diverse industries such as IT/ITES, E-commerce, FMCG and Automotives, where she was responsible for some key processes in the HR domain.

Her range of experience spans through functional areas like Compensation & Benefits, Expatriate Management, Employee Statutory & Compliance Management and Workplace Diversity & Inclusion Strategy.

She has earlier worked with companies such as Accenture,, Reckitt Benckiser and Peoplestrong.
