Dr. Nandita Mehta
Dr. Nandita Mehta is a seasoned HR professional with close to 20 years of experience as both an OD practitioner and a consultant, besides leading talent development teams in the manufacturing, IT and ITES sectors both within India and the APJ region. She is adept in collaborating with stakeholders to understand business strategies and talent needs in order to ascertain talent gaps for driving programs and initiatives to bridge those gaps.
She has deep expertise in establishing strategic initiatives in the areas of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), as well as Creativity & Innovation (C&I). She has led several organization wide change management initiatives related to ensuring alignment to shifts in strategic direction, mergers and acquisitions and those related to technological advances. She has designed OD programs to support business processes and quality centric initiatives like Six Sigma, TPM and Lean manufacturing.
Her endeavours in constant learning have resulted in certifications in the Hogan suite of instruments, 16PF, DISC, Mentoring for organizational success, Certified Grid Instructor course and a qualified examiner for the Rama Krishna Bajaj Quality awards, amongst others. Nandita has a doctorate in Organizational Behavior, as well as an MBA degree in Human Resources Management, from the University Business School, Panjab University, Chandigarh.
