He is currently an Associate Professor, Keller Graduate School of Management, DeVry University, Sacramento, California, USA.

Sanjiv Tandon is a B.Tech, IIT Delhi, 1985; M.Tech, IIT Kanpur, 1987.

He has a total experience of 27 years in various capacities in different organizations like, VP Operations & COO, IBM Global Services; Director, India Operations, Xansa/Steria; Principal Consultant, TCS.

He is currently the Managing Partner, Elevondata Labs, India, an IT Company that focuses on data management and business intelligence for clients.

He is currently the CEO and Director, AVTEG, India, a Company into knowledge management, skill development and education solutions.

Malabika Chatterjee is a PGDPM&IR from Xavier Labor Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur, India, 1981.
