Indranil Gupta is a PGDPM & IR (MBA in HR) from Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi, India (Class of 1993), one of the leading Business Management Schools in Human Resources in India, Asia. In a career spanning over two decades, he has acquired extensive and well-rounded experience in various dimensions of the Human Resources function, in both Industry Practitioner roles and Management Consultant capacities.
He has worked in different Leadership Positions with Companies like Sprint-RPG (RPG Enterprises), Ericsson-Hewlett Packard Telecom (EHPT), Mahindra-British Telecom (Tech Mahindra), Bharti-Televentures (Bharti Airtel) and Xansa (Steria), driving their Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Performance and Talent Rewards processes.
